Experience doesn't cost, it pays! Cynthia Strickland, the Team Captain, is a native Wilmingtonian with over 30 years of real estate experience. She is a Coldwell Banker "Top Producer" year after year, a member of the International President's Premier, and she and her team of professionals were most recently recognized as the #1 Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty Team for 2005. Cynthia was among the first women to earn a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is consistently ranked among the top 10 realtors in North Carolina.
Cynthia "knows" the real estate market and enjoys selling her hometown as a wonderful place to live, work, play, attend church and school, or even retire. She has relocated employees and their families to the Wilmington area with companies which include Corning, General Electric, Japan Nuclear Fuel, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, UNCW, Terex, and International Paper. Cynthia has put together a team of professionals who work harder and smarter to provide an exemplary level of service. Whether you are considering buying, selling, or investing, you can trust Team Strickland with all your real estate needs from start to finish. Team Strickland's innovative team approach is unique and gets results!
Cynthia credits her love of helping others, her natural high energy, and the Grace of the good Lord for her success. Cynthia and her husband, Jerry, have three children, Sherwood, Vann, and Cindy, as well as six grandchildren. She enjoys spending every moment possible with her grandchildren, baking her famous "cream cheese pound cakes", and quoting poetry. Cynthia's life revolves around her time with family. She enjoys spending time with them anytime, for dinner, or just for fun at "Nana's house". One of her favorite pastimes is flying kites on the beach with the grandchildren or simply spending all day with them at the beach and teaching them to water ski. Togetherness and helping her grandchildren realize the importance of family is extremely important to Cynthia.
