Vann Strickland, both a Buyer's Agent and Listing Agent, has been helping families buy and sell homes since he obtained his real estate license in 2003. Cynthia and Jerry's son, Vann grew up and attended school locally, in the Wilmington area. He enjoys coastal living and knows the New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender County markets well. Vann is a graduate of Campbell University and worked with Caterpillar, Inc. as a Business Analyst before joining the family business. Vann truly enjoys his work in real estate and understands details are very important. Vann and his wife, Christie, have two sons, Tyler and Grayson as well as a golden retriever, Cody. Vann brings invaluable business experience and a can-do attitude to the team. Vann stands ready to assist both home buyers and sellers with excellent service and strives to exceed his clients' expectations.
